Today the oil indicator light came on. The oil pressure gauge began dropping. I do not hear any noises nor do I see any oil leaks. The car is driving normally but I have parked it due to this problem. It does not appear to be overheating and the oil dipstick indicates the oil level is okay. An oil change was done 2 weeks ago.

Check the oil pressure-remove the oil pressure sending unit-install an oil pressure gauge-read off-if normal -replace the oil pressure switch-abnormal coule be oil pump/engine bearings/etc.
