I'm having a hard time defrosting my windows, all I get is cold air blowing there is no heat, hopefully you can tell me what is going on. The blower and everything works fine, just no heat at all, cold air. Thank you.

Check that the heater hoses are both hot to touch with the engine at temp and heater on. If not you probably have either a failed tap, faulty controller or blocked heater core.
