I have one plymouth voyager with engin 3.0L. When I start the engine is work whell but the rotation jump up and down ( 800rpm-1400rpm) and runs like this all the time.
i reset the controler and hi work fine 2-3 days and after hi start to run up-down.
please send me a answer for this problem.

If you mean by controler the idle air
and that was cleaned and it worked for you for 2 days then I would clean it again and or replace it
also check for codes you can do so by cycling ignition key ON OFF ON OFF ON read codes in odometer area (P0000, DONE )
check coolant level too
