When I am riding around, my van cuts off, I can put it in neutral and start it right back up with no problem. Can you help me please figure out what is going on?

Hello,

It sounds like you could have a faulty idle air control motor (IAC).
A dirty IAC can cause idling issue and could make the engine to stall.
Overtime large air particles will stick to the inside of the valve and it can restrict the air flow.
This can trigger rough idle and intermittent engine stalling.

The IAC is located on the throttle body. Many times servicing the IAC can improve the idle quality.

Here are couple of helpful articles:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
