1997 Plymouth Voyager Stalling

Van is stalling at very low sppeds, not always but at least once every time I turn the car on and have driven it a bit. RPM is a bit above one when on Park a bit above.5 when in gear. I have changed throttle position sensor, idle control valve, checked for vacuum leakes, had the fuel injectors, intake manifold cleaned, fuel filter has also been changedany clues.

No codes, tranny has been checked and aside from a very minor leak from the filter which was changed and sealed. As far as the crank sensor I have not changed but will change as this is the easier than any tranny work.
