1996 Plymouth Voyager heater problems

I have another question you said to check the fuses for both problems, where exactly is the fuses and relays located for the heater are they under the hood or under dash and which one are they? This is for the same 1996 voyager

Left and right relays are in the left rear quarter panel...Blower is onder the drivers side dash
