1993 Plymouth Voyager Check gauges light on

You will need to check the dimmer switch and then the body control module for a short, I had this same problem, on the same vehicle, and I found that the body control module had a couple of corroded connections, I pulled them out of their connections, scraped the wire so that it would make a better connection and it was fixed, I could see which connections where corroded just from looking closely at them.
