Hello, I change the timing belt at 190 000 km on my plymouth breeze 1998. After changing it, the idle of my car was not smooth, the engine vibe a little bit, they shake. Is it because the sprocket was not aligned correctly? And how I can fix that problem? Is it necessary to remove the timing belt to align correctly the camshaft and crankshaft as it should be (TDC) or the engine can be adjust whitout going to timing belt. Thanks. Josi

Yes, since it appeared after you did that job, I wouldnt think doubt that they may be mis-aligned, you have to take off the belt, then re align them, be sure to only turn the crank shaft clockwise.
