1997 Plymouth Breeze 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Our Breeze will turn over, but will not start.
Have replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. The pump is pumping, but no gas at the fuel tube. If I spray starting fluid in the engine it will start instantly, but, it won't stay running.
Then it won't start again until, I spray it in again.
Can you please help me we have been trying for 2 weeks to figure this out.
Thank You
Thomas

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. You can take the supply line loose at both ends, see if you can blow air through it? Make sure there is no pressure on the system, if you take anything loose. You can check for possible mil codes, if you haven't already. You just turn the key on and off a few times, no crank. On--off, on--off, on, then the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. You looking for two digit codes.

Also, check to see if there is an injector pulse?
