So I would try servicing the throttle body first, this guide can help you with instructions below as well. After service clear the codes and try to start it up.

If cleaning it does not help you will need to replace the throttle actuator, (clear codes). Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So i' did replace the throttle body actuator. With no luck. It only cranks but won't start seems like I'm missing spark or a jump I'm not sure. So, I replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, spark plug wires, and throttle body. But a little background on the problem is my valve cover was leaking. The spark plug seals went out. And where the spark plug goes was filled up with oil all the way.

Yep, I would replace the valve cover gasket to help remove the oil from the spark plug wells.

Then let's check the wiring from the PCM to the throttle actuator. This guide can help, and I have included the wiring diagrams as well so you can see which wires to test.

But before you do that lets test fuse #43 in the fuse panel under the hood and if that's okay swap out the throttle control relay. Here is the location inside the IPDM. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hey. So I checked the ipdm and theirs a way of checking it by pressing the button that shuts the door 10x the ipdm will perform a self test if it works. Which in my case it didn't. So I replaced it and it still gives me the p2103 I wanna test the ecm wiring to the throttle body but don't have the information needed or I do but don't know where to begin. Also. Can a faulty ignition coil wiring be the reason why my car won't start? Please help. I appreciate it much in advance

Yes faulty wiring can make the engine not start, if you look at my previous post you can see a guide and the wiring diagrams to see which wires go to the throttle body from the ECM. Let me know if you get stuck or have problems.
