Hi,

Before I can connect my iPhone with my car by Bluetooth and I was can control to phone transaction and media control from CD screen normally after that I updated my iPhone to IOS 17.2, then I found only can play songs from my phone and without controlling in play or stop or forwarding the songs track from CD screen and without also answering or dial phone calls from CD screen only can answer the calls from my phone and hearing the sound and talking from car speakers.

Thanks

I suspect the problem is the phone update as the connection is still able to play music which shows the transceiver is operational. I would try a few things, First shut off and restart blue tooth on the phone. Next remove the phone from the car's devices and then repair them and try it. If it still doesn't work, you can try resetting the network connections on the phone and try pairing it again. If it still will not work see if you can find a phone without the update and test it, if it now works you know it was the phones update and as you cannot roll back the updates you would need to contact apple and complain and see if they can offer a solution. However, I suspect they will have you try the same tests and then tell you "Well it's a 10-year-old vehicle that we no longer support". It wouldn't it be the first time an update stopped items from working. When the 17.1 came out it caused problems for GM vehicles.
