Car cranks but will not start. Only code I get is a pending code p1637.
One day I turned car off and since then I cannot turn car on, it just cranks but will not start. I have no codes on reader.

P1637 - Throttle Valve Position Control, Control deviation from expected. Check the battery voltage and the connection at the throttle position sensor. If the PCM cannot tell the throttle position it will not start.

On E65 (your chassis code) you typically get this fault due to DME water ingress. The DME is the vehicles engine computer (not PCM or ECU/ECM). Remove the DME main connectors and inspect all the pins and terminals, there should be some green corrosion inside. Hopefully it has not internally damaged the module. Clean out the corrosion and re-test.
