There is a code on parking light malfunction on the screen of the vehicle. When it was scanned B2638 - front left sensor bus failure.
B2641: right left sensor bus failure.

Please could I have the wire diagram of the parking system?
Is it supposed to have parking sensors at the front of the bumper because I can't find any?
What could be done to tackle the problem?

The sensors are mounted behind the front bumper cover with the tip of the sensor sticking through, one on each side similar to the image. If they are missing that is the cause of both codes. If someone installed an aftermarket bumper cover without the sensors about the only way to repair the problem would be to either bore holes on the cover on it and devise a way to attach the sensors, or replace the cover with one that has the sensors. The wiring harness for them runs along the metal bumper support behind the cover. You could look up behind the bumper cover for the sensor connectors, then try just plugging in a sensor to see if it stops the code. That would tell you if the harness is okay. But don't leave it plugged in and not mounted correctly, if they sense something nearby, they will trigger the system.
