This might sound dumb but since I used a d16y7 from a 1999 lx and originally my 1998 civic dx also had a d16y7. But the intake manifold from the 1999 model has a vacuum line for cruise control and since I reused my 1998 d16y7 intake manifold which had no cruise control can that be a reason why p0505 is popping out? Okay I'll try to mess with the screw some more tomorrow.

Hi,

No, I don't see how that would cause it. If it were reversed and you didn't plug the vacuum port, that could cause issues.

So, is the light still turning one for you?
