Code P0013, do I need to replace the sensors and change the oil?

Error code P0013 shows intake and exhaust sensor to be replaced. I have checked the continuity and it is okay. The engine is two months old with 75% life. Should I still replace the sensors and change the oil? There is power at the sensors.

Yes, I would change the oil and filter so you can get a baseline on the service intervals. Here is a generic guide to help you see what you are in for with the service with diagrams below to show you where the oil filter is. As far as the P0013 code they have had a problem with the CMP Exhaust Solenoid being faulty because of sludge and metal flakes you should check the intake solenoid as well. Here are the locations of both in the images below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
