Oxygen sensor malfunction

The car has check light on got it scanned with codes p1135 and p1155. My mechanic got the sensors replaced p1155 disappeared but 1135 did not.

Both of those codes are for the O2 sensor heater circuit, not for faulty sensors. More than likely there is a broken wire or bad connection in the wiring before it gets to the sensor connectors. The code that went away was probably because the wire break was between the sensor and connector.
To test is simple, disconnect the sensor, connect a test light to the two wires that power the heater and activate the heater circuit. Then follow the wires back to the bad connector or broken wire.
