Few month ago my vehicle was overheating so manage to send to workshop. Then when my friends while using it it is overheating again. When I opened the spark plug there is water going out from the spark plug.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you remove the spark plugs, coolant is coming from the engine/spark plug hole? If that is the case, either you have a crack in the head or engine block, or a blown head gasket. When running, are you seeing excessive white smoke from the exhaust?
