Overheating

I have replaced the thermostat and the radiator.see no leaks I only had my scion 2 months I first got it only run hot when A/C was on. now it will do it with A/C on or off.fan coming on and when I am just idling it won't run hot only when being driving. Sometimes it will do good for awhile then it may be 20 minutes and it will run hot. it seems to do it more when on open road. Then in town. no water in oil and no discolored smoky from exhaust. Help please it about get the best of me.thanks

Hi,

There is a chance it is still due to a head gasket even though you aren't seeing smoke or contamination in the oil. However, lets start easy. Did you flush the cooling system when you replaced the thermostat?
