My car has been overheating when idling, I have replaced my radiator and thermostat and burped the coolant system to make sure there wasn’t any air in it. For about a month after doing so my car was running at normal temperature and had no issues. But now the car is repeating the issue as long as I am accelerating or my foot is on the gas the temperature will drop back down to normal but as I sit at a red light and idle my car starts to overheat. I’ve also heard A bubbling or a gurgling noise from my dashboard after shutting the car off. Please help.

Hello,

This could be due to the radiator fan not working properly.
Do you know if the ran comes on? Have a look under the hood to see if it comes on when the engine is at operating temperature.
Typically, when the fan does not work the engine will overheat when stationary as no air will flow thru the radiator but cools back down as you drive.

Please let me know what you are observing.
Thank you.
