I just replaced the thermostat and the water pump on my Cadillac but it is still overheating. What could be the problem?

When the engine is overheating can you hear the cooling fans running? If not this is the problem, also do an inspection of the radiator when the engine is cold to make sure there is nothing clogging the cooling fins both internally or externally. Please go over this guide to help us get started. Also, please look under the car to make sure the system is not leaking.

Please go over this guide and get back to us. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on.
