My truck overheated and died. I let it cool down made sure it had water checked oil did not find water/coolant in it. Sprayed starting fluid nothing. It just cranks sound like it is not getting any spark. I checked wiring for burnt or melted lines and found nothing. What could be the problem?

I would suggest a compression test at this point. There is a very good chance you have done serious internal damage to the engine from the overheating.

Anything is fixable if you are willing to spend enough money. I did not conclude anything. I advised you to test it.

Is there a way you can borrow some tools from a neighbor? Then we can walk you though it.
