Overheating

Dear,

When start engine, the temperature gauge raise to 120 c and at this temperature the radiator fan start to work with high rotation only and temperature remains same, the upper hose of radiator is very hot and the lower is cold.

There are a number of things this could be. most likely the thermostat is not opening. Have you replaced any parts or checked for any codes?

No mixed fluid. I have EPC P2015 and P00b700. I checked intake manifold runner control, throttle body, turbo charger all of them are good.

And also I got message that I cannot go more than 4,000 RPM's.
