Have you tried checking if there is an air block in the system? Also, which fan isn't working? Does the car overheat if you are driving at highway speeds? Are you sure the water pump is good? Do any of the heater or radiator hoses get hot?

I will try water pump tomorrow hopefully it's not difficult to do. Never thought the water would be the problem.. Radiator hoses do get hot and hard. Even without a thermostat..I also ordered the transistor assy. See if that helps for my cold air blowing out. Why do I have to select off on screen to turn heater on. Selections for vent or foot or defrost alway start on a/c if I do think select off on screen it will blow out cold air even if temp is set at 90 degrees
