My Acura TL '99 gauge needle shows the engine is hot but after testing with the laser thermometer it shows normal temp. Is it ok to drive or what else should I do. I've changed coolant flushed, changed thermostat, coolant temp. Switch, radiator fan & fan

I would not trust it. Get it verified through a scan tool to see the actual temp. If you are wrong and you overheat it, then you may do internal engine damage.

I ran it with scanner, temperature never got above 213.
How can fix the gauge misreading?

Need to do a sweep test to check the gauge unit. Then the temp sender unit needs to be replaced.
