Overheating

When the vehicle gets to operating temperature it wants to overheat while at idle. Also if the rpm's go over 2000 the temperature goes up. It also has a revving issue that I believe is part of the issue. Where at times more so then not you press the gas and do not get the power but it shifts and accelerates, but the acceleration is a little slow. The revving issue is mostly at launch and when you hit the gas to pass, so I guess you would say when under load. Now I replaced the radiator, thermostat housing, thermostat three times, the vacuum control valve assembly. I cannot remember if I replace the water pump. I also replaced the belt. The radiator fluid level has not dropped. When at operating temperature with the radiator cap off. I can see flow and the fan is running. So I think the cap is opening and the water pump is turning.

At operating temperature the coolant should be pushing out of the overflow into the reservoir, if you can remove the cap and see flow it's low on coolant.

The other item could be the water pump. It may not be pumping as much as it should, that would give you poor cooling at low speed and not much improvement when you speed up. Plus it could be why the coolant doesn't gush out when the cap is off.
