Only drivers when winter mode is enabled

When I start the car it ideas high, but goes all the way down until it stalls, unless I keep foot on gas. I try to take off and regular drive it won't move if I enable the winter mode little bit slower but it works fine. Please let me know what I need to fix or replace.
