We have changed the thermostat, coolant sensor, water pump, the sensor says its overheating, and and it says low coolant but it has coolant, what else could it be?

Low coolant sensor is different than the coolant temp. Sensor. The low coolant sensor is located at the bottom of the coolant overflow tank. Do you have any signs of overheating aside from the gauge reading?

No steam comes out or anything, we think it has a clog in the radiator, maybe it needs a radiator flush, but its funny when it heats up the heater does not work. And the air conditioner lines get very cold

The heater can't work if the engine is overheating, if the thermostat and water pump have already been replaced than it may very well be a clog in the system, perhaps the radiator or maybe even the heater core is clogged up.

Same problem as mine, it could be the head gasket.
