Car Keeps Shutting Off Intermently

I have A 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera v6 33oo Engine with 140531 miles. Recently I Got A code 42 Engine Spark Timing. I've replaced the Ignition Module, But I Keep having this problem. It Runs Fine When It Is Cold, But Once It warms Up It Continually Shuts Down. I Need Your Help With Resolving This Matter

Unplug the MAF sensor on the TBI-if stalling stops replace the sensor.
