99 olds bravada 80,000 miles 4.3 engine replacing front axle are there retaining clips at inner part of axle that may come off in transmisson when pulling axle out?

Check your e-mail for the larger version.

MAke sure you torque that axle nut right, or the bearing will get damaged.
