I have a 2002 Alero, 73,000 miles. I have a leak in my A/C system. It was pressure tested in passed, but about 4 hrs later (after using the A/C for about ½ hr), a green fluid leaked over the A/C line. I can not get my head in to see where the leak is actually coming from and it is covered by some foam insulation. I am not sure how the AC lines run. I'm assuming I have a pin hole in one of the lines. Is there a way I can troubleshoot & repair this myself?

Most of your A/C lines will come as a line assembly. If the system has leaked out all the freon you could replace what ever line is leaking and then take it somewhere to have it vacuumed down and recharged.
