1996 Other Oldsmobile Models won't keep running

96 Achieva, 2.4 twin cam, will start and run 2 seconds then die, must wait a few minutes to get it to start the 2 seconds, will continue to run if I feed it starting fluid, has fuel pump has 48psi on the inline fuel guage, O2 sensor is only code, customer changed ignition module, again ran for a few minutes then back to same 2 second run.

Inspect and test the oil pressure sending unit its job is to power up the fuel pump when the fuel pump relay de-energizes. The fuel pump relay is only good for 2secs or the computer sees an ignition signal and constantly powers the relay till it fires up. See below
