1995 Olds Cutlass Supreme

Changed the battery on my 1995 Cutlass Supreme and now the security light is flashing and the car won't start. The dash lights and warning buzzers all work, just won't start. Didn't know there was a security system on the car. Thank you for any help.

First check fuses #4 and#5. If they are good, be sure the pellet is still on the side of the key and hasnt been knocked off. If all good then turn key forward to run position, but dont start, wait about 15 minutes and the security light should go out, then try to start the car.
