1993 Other Oldsmobile Models heater/defroster fan

I have a 1993 98 elite, I shut off the engine take out the keys and the heater defroster fan is still running at high speed, I have to pull the fuse or unplug the fan to make it stop, ived disconnected the dashboard controls and it still runs, whats wrong and how do I fix it.

Found the problem, theres a high speed relay located on the firewall under the maxi fuse panel, that has to be moved out of the way to get access to the relay.
