1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have taken my car to the dealer several times and also to a couple of shops, every thing they tell me that is causing the problem I have replaced, and still it wont start! The only codes that come up are history codes and I replaced the parts that relate to those codes. I have replaced the BCM (per dealer and history codes), the ignition switch (per dealer), the fuel pump (per dealer), the TPS (per codes), and the IAC. Still it wont run! PLZ HELP! Why wont my car start? It has been over a year now and I dont know what to do next.
I tested for spark and I am getting spark. I also replaced the fuel pressure regulator. Also checked to make sure fuel is getting to fuel rail, it is, seems like it should be a stronger flow, but then again it hasnt started for over a year.
Oh, it does start but only if I spray a combustible into the intake, and it dies shortly thereafter.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter, in tank strainer and fuel pump if okay -check if the injectors are pulsing.
