1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue Fan on on side not working

I have a service engine soon light that comes on when I start the car. I have had a diagnostics ran on it. One says bad relay and the other place says that the computer is shot on it. I replace one of the relays and it didnt make a difference. The light is still on. I dont know who to believe.

Cooling fan 1 control relay circuit fault

The ecm has detected an improper voltage level on the output driver module for the cooling 1 control relay circuit

Could be a wiring problem or the computer itself
