1994 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Turn signals

Hi, When I turn on the right turn signal the front and rear lights come on and they flash slowly (~2 sec). When I turn on the left turn signal the front and rear lights come on but they will not flash. I believe that the flasher may be bad, but am not sure. If it is the flasher, where is it located? Thx.

First of all thank you so much for your donation.I would suspect your flasher relay is bad like you suspect make's the most sense. The turn signal flasher is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel, left of the steering column. Let me know what you find.
