1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass after market device

This device was in the car when we bought it used, it is now causing the car not to be start while it is flashing red. I do not know what it is or if there is a code to over ride it. I am looking for information to uninstall it. I think it states that it is an ACII Pro Series. Any thought would be very helpful.

I would be thinking that it may be an immobiliser or an alarm of some type, you will have to get a mechanic with some sound electrical background to check out how it is wired up so it can be removed with out doing any harm to the cars circuits, it won't do damage just that some wires may have to be re connected for things to work normally again.
