1993 Oldsmobile Ciera won't start

I drove the car home. Came back 10 minuets, the car won't start. It won't even try to start. It makes no noise. It doesn't turn over. It has power. Could it be the the starter? I would donate but my wife and I lost our jobs, this is our only transportation. Please help.

Could be the starter, starter relay, /park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

Short out the starter solenoid and see if it will crank engine over
