1997 Oldsmobile Bravada no power to fuel pump

1997 Oldsmobile Bravada 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

i recently replaced fuel pump, relay. All fuses seem good.
but I dont hear pump working and wont start. Stumped on what to do next.

Is there power to the relay? Did you check if there was power to the fuel pump before reinstalling the tank?
