1999 Oldsmobile Alero Overheating

'99 Alero overheating, cooling fans do not come on at all, even when A/C turned on.
Shop replaced relays two weeks ago - fans worked for 2 days, now dead again. Ideas?

Let's start with what model alero do you have?Also what size engine?

Shoot Louie, it's my son's car and it's 4 hours away! It's a 2 door, has all the bells and whistles including son roof. It has the 3.4 L V6. If you need more than that I'll call him.
