I can not turn on my rear defrost, air conditioning, or my fan. I have checked all fuse under the hood, inside on drivers side and inside on passengers side.

Have you checked to see if the blower motor is getting power? Also, the rear defroster switch may be bad.

Did this all start at the same time?

I lost all 3 mentioned devices at the same time, When you hit the A/C or rear defrost an indicating lite should come on within the button, they will not. I than tried the fan. It to was dead. The fan motor has no power to it. I have jumped 12 volts to it and it runs. I really feel I lost the hot that goes up to these 3 switches but its a bitch to get at so was hoping to find the wire that feeds up under the dash. I would than confirm no power, and add a fused jumper to feed that switch assembly. I am an electrician and just a correct 1997 olds 88 electrical print of this part of my system would help alot.

This may be the schematic that will send me in the right direction, but when I blow it up, it can not be read. Any other options on sending it?

I wish I had another option. If there is a specific question you have about it, I can try to answer it for you. I am able top blow it up right from the manual. If you need wire colors, locations.

First off I want to thank you for being so patient.

This morning I got the switch assembly that is causing my problems, out from my dash. It has a circuit board that may be my issue but in case it is a power feed issue, Does your print show what color wire would feed power to the Rear defrost push button, A/C push button, and the temperture control knob? I lost all three at the same time so I'm hoping one feed wire is my problem. Thanks again.
