Ive replaced all front end parts and I do mean all front end parts and also balanced and aligned wheels, why am I still getting a front end vibratiion at high speeds

Move your front tieres to the back and the back tires to the front and see if hte problem gets worse or goes away. Alot of times belts break in the tire and cause your condition.
