Ok, when driving my car it sometimes dies, but when it dies all the electricity turns off, all the lights go off, and the engine dies, but sometimes it restarts, this is only when I let off the gas or I hit the break. So im still moving while this happens. Im up for any suggestions, thank you.

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge designed for your fuel system and get back with the readings we start here we got a long way to go.

Would the fuel pressure really make the lights and gages stop woking, and why would it do it when I slow down.

Sir-The fuel pressure has nothing to do with the lights/gauges. Have the charging system and battery checked out-and also the idle air control valve and the throttle position-
