Hi, my car is using a lot of oil currently, not smoking and not leaking, I put 2 liters in on the 6/8/21 and the oil light has come on again I've done approximately 300 miles in that time.

Hello,

Every internal combustion engine will use (consume) certain amount of oil by normal operation of the engine due to various internal factors (heat, friction etc.,). However it should not use (consume) excessive amount of oil.

The oil issue with your vehicle is this just started to happen or something that has been going on for sometime?

Kia had an oil consumption recall for these vehicles in the USA. In that the dealer did a test to see how much oil the engine uses and repaired accordingly.
According to Kia the normal level of oil consumption is 1 quart (0.95 liter) or less in 1,000 miles (1,600 km).

You stated that you have lost about 2 liter in 300 miles, it is definitely using more oil.
Given you do not see any leak it is possible that the engine is consuming excessive amount of oil. It could be that your engine might have that excessive consumption that Kia did the recall to fix.
Call your local dealer and provide them with your VIN they should be able to tell you if your vehicle has an open recall for oil consumption.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you.
