Causing a regular misfire, white smoke for a few minutes as it burns the oil out. While looking it over I did notice the electrical connector to the injector is a little loose, which may be causing the misfire, but I don't think it would cause the oil to leak into the cylinder. Wet compression test confirmed good oil rings. Possibly valve stem seals? Questionable but not sure.

Good afternoon,

White smoke is not oil, it is coolant. That could be dripping into your cylinder causing the smoke.

That could be from a leaking intake manifold gasket.

If it is oil, as you thought, it could be from a valve stem seal. Remove the plug and inspect. If it is white, then it is coolant. If it is black, it is oil.

I've already confirmed that the spark plug is oil fouled, dark in coloration, still damp with oil as opposed to the brown with white splotches of coolant.

Was actually looking for other possibilities if the valve seals aren't the cause.

If you did the wet and dry compression test and it passed, the only thing left is the seals. The valve guides could be worn out allowing too much movement of the valve.

If it were a worn guide, you would have a valve tap from the valve moving around.
