I've been trying to locate this leak for weeks now I've done the dye test and a couple other tricks replaced the drain plug and crush washer also replaced the vtec solenoid gasket and still leaks it's a really slow leak I noticed today that it looks to be a little moist right behind what I believe is the power steering pulley but I definitely know it's coming from higher than the oil pan any suggestions will be greatly appreciated thank you.

Sometimes it is best to clean the engine first so you can get a better idea of where the leak is coming from, I assume it is leaking towards the front of the engine? If so, suspect the camshaft seals which when leak can leak from near the power steering pump, can you please upload images or short video so I can see? That way I can help you fix it. Please go over this guide as well:

Thanks for the images. You are not kidding, that is a large oil leak. If oil is not coming from above it looks like the oil pan and oil pump are leaking, here is how to change it out. I would change the timing belt as well. You will know more once you start taking the engine apart. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Also I read that this bolt in image is known to leak on most V6 model Hondas. It's located on the oil pan right by the axle almost right above the oil pan drain plug.

That is correct, I would keep my eye on any other gasket/seal that might be leaking while it is apart such as the camshaft seals. Please upload pictures or videos of any issue you find.
