Oil in coolant

Noticed drops oil floating on coolant. Changed oil cooler about 3 months after was told my head gasket blew changed that. Car is driving 100% but after months I get thick milkshake in my coolant tank flushed and flushed but it keeps coming back. Can it be in the heater core?

It sounds like you still have a head gasket issue. Take a look through this link. It describes what to look for when you suspect a possible head gasket issue. Take a look through it and let me know if anything seems to mirror what you are experiencing.
