Oil dipstick tube

I pulled the oil dipstick out and the tube came with it. Can I fix this?

If the tube did not break at block clean the block area hole with choke cleaner/brake clean, also the tube, get some blue locktite and put on tube then reinstall into block. Put dipstick in and wait a day before removing dipstick.
