I know the proper procedure for turning off the “change oil” light. I’ve tried numerous times, but it doesn’t work. I don’t see a fuse for reset button. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hello,

The oil light gets reset by pressing the reset button that is located on the fuse box, on the left side of the dash. See attached picture.
Simply turn the key to the on position and press the button.

Let me know if you have able to locate it.

Thank you.

Thanks Sean. Like I said in my question, I’m fully aware of the reset procedure and where the reset button is. The problem is it seems the button doesn’t do anything. Let’s try this again. What are your thoughts?

Have you tried to use the gas pedal to reset?
Turn on the key (don't start), wait for all the dings/chimes to stop. Then depress the gas pedal three times (all the way to the floor), within 5 seconds. That should make the light flash and then reset.
Let me know if you tried this.

As for the button, it could have a short in the switch and that is why it does not do anything.
