OBD2 port not getting power?

Obd is not getting power checked the obd fuse under the steering volume that says obd and it’s not blown already tested it checked all fuses and it seems good not sure what else should I check.

I would try the scanner in another car to make sure it is working, and I would check for power at the fuse. Here is a guide to help and the OBD2 port wiring diagrams to make sure you are testing the correct fuse (OBD7.5-amp fuse).

Here is the fuse location as well, it should have power all the time. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Hi guys, first of all I would like to thank you for your response and the diagram. The issue was with the 140-amp fuse which looked totally fine until I popped the glass on the top of the fuse and found it was cut in half, the cause of this fuse to burn is jumping the car and accidentally put negative to positive. Excuse my English :) and happy new year.
